Follow the steps below:
1. Go To Blogger > Templates
2. Click on the Button Backup/Restore in Left top
3. Backup your template
4. Click the Format Template
5. Search for <data:post.body>
6. Just below it paste your Blog Post Search Engine Code (Full-width)
7. Save it and you have accomplished.
8. Now view your blog and see that it appears just below posts.
Add Google Custom Search Engine To Blog Sidebar
1. Go To Blogger and click on Layout
2. Choose a HTML/ JavaScript Widget
3. Paste your Sidebar Search Engine Code (Compact or Two Column) there
4. Save and you have accomplished
5. Now view your blog and see that it appears in the sidebar
